The regular season is done

And what a season it has been

It’s time to separate

The boys from the men

Mt. Carmel’s still 1

Wheaton Warrenville is 2

But it took 3 over times

To make it do what it do

Teams are floating like some butterflies

And stinging like some bees

And there’s quite a few squads

From the Chicago Public Leagues

Downers South, Richards, and Fremd

All bangin at 9-0

And those boys from Prairie Ridge

Still making folks say “whoa!”

And check out Morgan Park

All good at 8-1

Their team motto this year is

“Baby, you know we ain’t done!”

Driscoll put on a show

By beating Montiti

Now the class of 4A

Does not seem all that teeny!

I have a sleeper pick

Now hold your breath all you haters

I predict the last game in 8A

Mount Carmel. Vs. the Bolingbrook Raiders

I can’ wait till this weekend

Its going to be out of sight

And Like JJ from Goodtimes said

Its gonna be

“DYNOMITE!
